Everyone knows me. They see me, they fear me, they recoil or hide, they avoid or join in but they don’t know why. I am a typical reaction to needs not met, feelings not expressed, and hurts to raw to say.

I can start small and quiet or erupt like a bomb. I can be physical outward or do harm inside. I am vibrating, silent, explosive, loud. If not expressed I simmer, waiting to come forward. If you won’t feel me, I let you…
